Another recepie:

is something everyone love

and these are pancakes.

But how can pancakes be healthy?

        -CORNFLOUR 100G    -1 EGG  - 3 SPOONS OF OIL

               -0.5L OF WATER

and thats basically it. You can serve it with fruits or honey or with chicken.


                         

Here i have a recepie for all those who have diabates and not only for them.Its a homemade bread,it is 100 procent healthy,it dose not contain gluten(which cause cancer)and wheat.

  You will need:
-400g of millet
-400g of white rice
 Boil them together
For 15 mins
Add some salt
Add wheat bran 150 g and mix it with rice and millet
Stir it with a spoon.
Add 0,5l of water
Next form into small balls.

Hey.
 I have not actually written anything for quite a good time,and this is only the second post that i published,but i promise to write more. We have the weekend,so i will find plenty of time to tell you about my life and things i do . I will add some recepies , i will tell you how to loose fat and ill go through the food you should eat. I will give you a lot of life tips and i will answer any of your worries,i am a teenager yet but i went through a lot.But ill say it in the next posts.Mainly my point of making this blog was to communicate with people from different countries,and  help them to  solve their problems,give you some tips and help you to  feel confident and good with your body and  with your self as a human.I hope you will like my blog and for now that is it,have a goodnight and see yous tommorow.
